Please read these official rules carefully before completing your purchase. By submitting your pre-order, you are officially agreeing to the following terms and conditions:
1. 100% Online Purchases Only: To keep our live inventory counts perfectly accurate and fair for everyone, all pre-orders must be placed directly through our online website. We cannot accept walk-in pre-orders, over-the-phone payments, or manual counter holds at our brick-and-mortar register for this limited release. Free Local Pickup is available! At checkout, simply select your preference from our standard Shipping or Free Local Pickup options.
2. Strict Order Limits: To make sure as many families as possible get to take some joy home, you are welcome to mix and match as many different NeeDoh styles as you want in your transaction, with a strict limit of 4 units per style per customer. Our team manually reviews all incoming orders daily. Any attempts to bypass these limits by placing multiple separate transactions under the same name, email, or household address will result in ALL of your transactions being automatically canceled and refunded.
***EDIT/UPDATE: We will allow multiple transactions per household, provided they are for different styles. Any duplicate orders attempting to bypass our strict limit of 4 units per style will be automatically canceled. (We completely understand that checkout is a race and you want to secure your top favorites first! You are 100% welcome to place multiple separate orders to grab different styles.)
***Multiple Orders & Combined Shipping: If you plan to place multiple separate orders to secure your favorite styles before they sell out, you do not have to pay for shipping twice! On your first order, select our standard Shipping option at checkout. On any subsequent orders, simply select Free Local Pickup so the system doesn't charge you a second fee.
***Our team will manually scan your account, bundle all of your separate orders together into one master shipment, and track them under your name. Please note that NeeDoh gets surprisingly heavy when bunched together and boxed up in bulk. Once your combined order is fully packed and weighed this fall, our team will calculate the final shipping cost and contact you before your package ships IF any additional shipping fees are required to cover the weight.
3. All Sales Are Absolute Final (No Cancellations): Because these factory allocations are highly limited and securely committed to you upon checkout, every transaction is a permanent commitment. We cannot accommodate cancellations, changes, or refunds for any reason at any time once an order is placed.
4. One Order Per Household & Flexible Fulfillment Options: We strictly enforce a limit of a single transaction per household address. To keep things streamlined, our standard policy is to ship or hold your order in one single package once every style you purchased arrives. Because it is highly possible some styles will arrive sooner than others, you are welcome to request a partial fulfillment if you don't want to wait! Simply leave us a note in the "Notes" section at checkout letting us know you would like us to reach out to you if part of your order is ready ahead of time. Once we see your note, our team will contact you to process the payment for the additional shipping fee (or alert you that your first batch is ready for local pickup). Please note there are no refunds on partial shipping fees.
5. Retail Families Only (No Bulk or Commercial Buyers): This pre-order event is created 100% to support our amazing local community, collectors, and neighborhood families. We reserve the right to immediately cancel and void any orders placed by corporate wholesalers, toy flippers, resale companies, or anyone attempting to buy out bulk case quantities for commercial distribution. 6. Zero-Tolerance Peace Policy: We are a small, hardworking team navigating unpredictable global manufacturer schedules to bring you these viral toys! To protect our workspace environment, we maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy for continuous pestering, aggressive calls, or harassment regarding manufacturer arrival dates. Any customer who stresses-out our staff will have their transaction voided and their account permanently canceled.
7. The Factory Timeline & Expected Patience: We are entirely at the mercy of the manufacturer's production release schedules. Our expected delivery window is currently October to November, or potentially later. Because we cannot control shipping ports or factory delays, orders will not be canceled or refunded due to manufacturer delays. True patience is required for this wave, so please do not place an order if you are uncomfortable waiting for your goodies to arrive! 8. Fulfillment Policy: Orders will pack and ship (or become available for local pickup) when styles arrive and your specific transaction is 100% complete.
9. Immediate Purchase Restrictions: To maintain a fair and safe shopping environment, anyone who previously attempted to falsely report our business or issue fraudulent chargebacks in an effort to bypass our strict pre-order return and cancellation policy is permanently barred from participating in this second pre-order event.
10. Discount Exclusions: Because these high-demand items are tightly allocated and specialty sourced, all store coupons, reward points, and online promotional codes are invalid for this event.
11. Limited Inventory Launch & Head-start Alerts: This pre-order event is strictly limited to our secure, confirmed incoming factory numbers. Once those slots sell out, the pre-order will close. We cannot reserve or hold any items ahead of time or during the sale. Slots are first-come, first-served through the website checkout, and once they are gone, we unfortunately cannot add any extra spaces!
