NATIONWIDE NEE-DOH UPDATE: ARRIVING SOON!
If you stumbled onto this page looking for your favorite squishies, you already know there is currently a massive, nationwide manufacturer product shortage on all premium NeeDoh items. Because these toys are a viral hit, retail shelves are temporarily empty everywhere.
The Great News:
Bussinger Trains & Toys is an Official Authorized NeeDoh Seller. We are not accepting any new pre-orders at this time because our master allocations are already locked in and fully secured on the manufacturer's backlog sheet.
We are already making major progress! Our highly organized fulfillment department has successfully received and processed our early summer factory drops. Schylling is moving fast to get production fully caught up and back on schedule, and the rest of our massive inventory is officially rolling off the factory floors in continuous, staggered waves throughout the next few weeks:
- Early Waves: RECEIVED AND BEING FULFILLED!
- Wave 1: Expected Late July
- Wave 2: Expected Early-to-Mid August
- Wave 3: Expected Mid-to-Late August
- Wave 4: Expected Early September (Our Master Holiday Freight Pallet)
A SPECIAL NOTE FOR OUR PRE-ORDER CUSTOMERS
First and foremost, THANK YOU for getting your orders in early and securing your spots on our master list! We also want to sincerely apologize for these extended manufacturer production delays.
Please note that most of these early waves consist of items completely allocated for existing pre-order sales. We are working around the clock to get those orders completed and out the door. At this point, most of our pre-order customers have already heard from us directly regarding their account status, and everyone has been given the flexible choice to either partial-ship what is available now or wait for their complete order to ship together.
We are a small, independent shop, and we are doing the absolute best we can to stay organized and make a large number of people happy. We truly appreciate your patience, kindness, and incredible support while we handle this massive influx of shipments.
What This Means For Our Online and In-Store Shoppers
The manufacturer will be completely caught up by the end of summer/early September! The second these remaining waves hit our loading dock, we will be packing our physical retail shelves and updating our online system.
We ship nationwide, and the absolute second our shelves are fully stocked again, we will turn our online ordering back ON for all NeeDoh items!
